Class leadership

Class Leaders, Volunteers and Officers:

This website is being established to assist volunteers in the administration and management of alumni affairs for their high schools (and other public schools). To ensure that this site meets the needs of the class leaders, we encourage you to share your ideas, comments and suggestions.

In the near future, this site can provide the following:

• Maintain your class lists and alumni data
• Find missing alumni and update your class records
• Maintain a memoriam list of deceased classmates
• Send an email to your class
• Allow alumni to contact each other if approved by each alumnus
• Handle all class treasury and banking needs
• Promote, plan and register for alumni events and reunions
• Maintain class and alumni news
• Serve as a virtual print shop to produce letters, postcards and announcements

A thoughtful and comprehensive authorization process will ensure that only appropriately designated officers and volunteers can have access to this information and to these services.

Include: name, year, daytime phone, email, volunteer position. If you have contact information for other class volunteers, please include this if you wish.

During the 2005-06 school year Madison West High School will be celebrating 75 years of excellence in academics, fine arts, athletics and organizations. While many special events are scheduled, August 5-7 is the all-alumni gala weekend celebration.
